Unique Ingredients Ltd offers Red Arrow Browning Enhancers that will accelerate the browning process without affecting flavour and with a minimum of heat technology. These products accelerate the browning process when applied to any protein food surface, for example roasted meats.
It works well in all types of hot applications including microwave. It can also decrease the cooking phase leading to increased product throughput and cooking yields. These preparations are produced from either dextrose or pyrolysed wood sawdust to give accurate control on the browning of food products.
Red Arrow browning enhancers are available in both liquid and dry forms, and manufactured from either traditional or identity-preserved raw materials that do not contain maize or soybean.
